Last month I just got a 20% pay cut but someone who is earning 100 times my pay is getting a pay raise up to an outrageously obscene level! It will take me almost 10 years to earn what he takes home every month! Now is that a major income gap or what?
Of course I shouldn't compare his job scope to mine. Petty mundane work like mine cannot justify a pay package of such like his in the astronomy field. Otherwise how can he command a salary of astronomical figure? I wish too that 1 day I will be able to bring home that much. But too bad my dad doesn't run the company I am currently working in.
Anyway, this is just a minor add-on to the list of Number 1s that we hold now. What's new?
