Day 13 in Cambridge

I woke up real early today. 430am to be exact & I did not go back to sleep but logged into msn & found my darling online! But she did not reply me & I suppose she was having her lunch. She came back at abt 6am & I still had the time to chat with her for about an hour or so. It is always a good start for the day to chat with her.

I was down at the bar by 730 & had the usual breakfast. Alexy just turned up & the chinaman soon followed after. After that we called for a taxi & made our way to the factory.

Alan Randall showed up just after David arrived & he sought our opinion of whether did we wanted to have the test today so we can have the Q&A tomorrow & perhaps relax a little. I was all up for that since I wanted to end the day early on Friday. I had a plane to catch in the evening.

He came back with the test papers & told us to take our time to get it done. Although it stated 2-1/2 hours but I expected us to complete it in an hour or so. Oh how wrong could I be. I had expected a 10 multiple choice question only but it turned out to be a 10 page Q&A paper & we even had to sketch a diagram right at the end! Damn it! It would be a disaster should I flunk this test! Fortunately, it was an open book test & we were even allowed to try anything unsure on the system itself. We took 3 hours to finish the paper while stopping for pizzas inbetween during lunch time.

I was wondering will the chinaman but able to pass this test as I had serious doubts about his english standard. I encountered some questions that I was unsure of the answer & David was kind enough to enlighten me where to find the answers. We basically all helped each other & I guess we'll all pull through this.

Alan & instructed us to leave the papers in the room upon completion & we could all just go off from there. We had also arranged to have dinner together in the evening as the training course ends tomorrow. Alan was to pick Alexy, the chinaman & I at our guest house while Nigel will fetch David from his apartment.

I was pretty excited about it as I heard from them the thai bar & restaurant served real good food. It was only about 4pm when we came back to the guest house & Alan will only pick us up at 7pm. So it was still a rather long wait to have dinner.
