We went out for dinner again & this time round we decided to try the indian restaurant. It was packed but we did manage to get a table. Although the menu was in english but we had absolutely no idea what they were serving. Anyway the waiter advised us on the various indian names on the menu & Alex had a chicken korma while I settled for a mutton biriany. The chicken korma was like curry chicken except the taste of coconut was really heavy. The mutton biriany serving was humongous! I could only finish 2/3 of it but the chinaman managed to gobble everything down. He had the same dish as me only because he could not understand the menu nor what the waiter was saying. Both Alex & I ordered a beer each. Kingfisher beer to be exact. It was supposed to be India's number 1 selling beer. The taste of it? One word says it all. Weird... I got myself a pineapple juice to wash the taste off my mouth. Yucks!
This will be the first & last time I'm having indian food in UK for sure.
Mutton Biriany -- £$6.95
